Privacy Policy

Daykeep is a caregiving record-keeping app published by MWIS ("we"). This policy explains what happens to the information you enter.

The short version

Everything you enter in Daykeep is stored only on your device. We do not collect it, we cannot see it, and we do not share it with anyone.

Information you enter

Daykeep lets you record medications, doses, food and fluid intake, symptoms, hygiene and device care, supplies, appointments and notes. This information is saved in a database on your phone or tablet. It is never sent to us or to any server. Daykeep has no accounts, no sign-in, and no cloud sync.

Information we collect

None. Daykeep contains no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking technologies, and it does not access your contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone.

Reports you share

You can create a PDF summary to share or print. A report leaves your device only when you choose to share it, using the app or service you pick (for example email or a printer). What happens to it after that is governed by that service's own privacy policy.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled on your device by your device's operating system. They are not sent from a server and their contents are not transmitted to us.

Backups and deleting your data

If you use your device's backup service (such as iCloud or Google backup), your device maker may include Daykeep's data in those backups under their terms. Deleting the app deletes all Daykeep data from your device.

Children

Daykeep is intended for adult caregivers and is not directed at children under 13.

Not medical advice

Daykeep is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version at this address and update the effective date.
